Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Daskroi. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and perform functional evaluations to develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, guiding therapeutic exercises, and integrating Pilates-based interventions where appropriate. The role involves educating clients on posture, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health. The Physiotherapist will monitor progress, update treatment plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality, client-focused care. The position also includes contributing to a positive studio culture and participating in internal training and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Licensed or registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports rehabilitation, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and postural correction techniques.
- Knowledge of Pilates principles and therapeutic exercise programming; certification in Pilates or willingness to train in Pilates-based rehabilitation is an advantage.
- Strong english communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly, motivate clients, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical records, manage time efficiently, and handle a structured daily schedule in a client-facing setting.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing learning, and professional development; prior experience in a clinic, studio, or sports setting is preferred.
- Comfort working with diverse populations, including individuals with postural issues, recreational exercisers, and athletes, in a respectful and inclusive manner.
